LOCAL: GOP Family Fun Fundraiser

Groton Republican Town Committee will hold Family Fun Day Saturday, May 17, 2 - 6 p.m. at Grotonwood, off Rt. 119, 167 Prescott St., Groton. Open to all ages and political persuasions. Event provides an opportunity to meet and talk with many state wide Republican candidates.

Planning to attend: Karyn Polito for Lt. Gov., Mike Hefferan for Treasurer, John Miller for Atty. General, David D'Arcangelo for Secretary of State, Sheila Harrington for re-election as State Rep..

There'll be e a cookout with classic summer picnic food. Karaoke, pictures with Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Ronald Reagan, plus other activities as weather permits, at this rain or shine event.
