LOCAL EVENTS: Groton Grange hosts Backyard Maple Sugaring Discussion

On Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 7:30 p.m., Groton Grange will host a round table discussion about backyard maple sugaring. Whether you are a just getting started or an old timer or even if you are curious to learn about backyard maple sugaring, join us and share your triumphs and failures, your horror stories and your secrets to success so that we can all learn from each other.
We will meet in historic Groton Grange Hall at 80 Champney St. and talk about when to tap, what gear to use and where to get it, storing sap, boiling & making syrup and storing the final product and anything else Maple Syrup related.
