Groton Historical Society: Food, Gardens, and Hunt of Yore

Groton Historical Society will hold two open houses in October, Saturday, Oct. 24 and Sunday, Oct. 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come and enjoy our new exhibit on the history of food preparation from Colonial times through the Victorian Era. Look through photos and memorabilia from the Groton Hunt experience. Take time to explore the new garden created by Groton Garden Club.

Tue., Oct. 20, GHS will present a program on the Groton Hunt experience, 7 p.m. at Legion Hall. Give heed to the chase and join us for ride through a small portion of Groton history.
