The Actor in Me (Autism-Friendly), Thu., Feb. 18, Ages 7+,
Children on the Autism spectrum are invited to step into the world of theater with one of ArtsNashoba's Youth Directors, Bonnie Marchesani, and Assistant, James McDonough. In a safe nonjudgmental environment, children learn about acting through theater games, crafts and participation in a small play. The presenters ensure a safe, supportive experience for kids with sensory concerns/sensitivities.
Caregivers should accompany their children so they may share this experience together. A Certificate is awarded at completion of workshop. Student Cap: 10. Made possible through the grants of several Local Cultural Councils and a grant from the Town of Groton Trust Fund's Lecture Fund. Session held at Sibley Hall at Groton Public Library, 99 Main St., Groton.
