Section 218-2.5 Site Plan Review –
Florence Roche Elementary School
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, May 12,
2022, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Mark Haddad of the Florence Roche Elementary School Building Committee under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-2.5 Site Plan Review. The application for Major Site Plan Review, Phase 2, includes the proposed 109,855 gross square foot (GSF) 2-story Florence Roche Elementary School, demolition of the existing school, and associated site improvements. The proposed project is shown on the plans entitled, “Major Site Plan Review, Phase 2, Florence Roche Elementary School” prepared by Samiotes Consultants and dated April 14, 2022. The project site is located at 342 Main Street (Assessors Parcels 110-42, 110-43, and 111-34). You may attend this virtual public hearing using the following Zoom access information.
