Pepperell Road (Assessors’ Parcels 104-30 & 212-13)

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 7:15 PM to consider the application submitted by Maple Avenue Realty Trust (Robert P. Kiley, Trustee) for approval of a Definitive Subdivision Plan and Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-9.1 Flexible Development. The proposed Flexible Development subdivision is located east of Pepperell Road on Groton Assessors’ Parcels 104-30 and 212-13 and consists of nine (9) lots as shown on the plan entitled, “Definitive Subdivision & Flexible Development Plan, Groton, MA – Hayes Woods” prepared by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, dated December 12, 2022. This application is part of the Major Residential Development project known as Hayes Woods.

   Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
