Groton Planning Board – Public Hearing Notice
Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Residential Compound
423 Old Ayer Road, Assessors’ Parcel 221-20
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 7:45 PM, in the Town Hall, to consider the application submitted by Patricia A. Madigan for approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for a proposed residential compound known as Madigan Hill located at 423 Old Ayer Road (Assessors Map 221, Parcel 20). The proposed subdivision would create four (4) single-family house lots served by the existing driveway, as shown on the plans entitled, “Preliminary Subdivision, Residential Compound, Madigan Hill, Groton, MA” prepared by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, dated December 13, 2023.
Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate based on disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least ten days prior to the hearing.
