Lawrence Academy, 26 Powderhouse Road

In accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 198, the Earth Removal Stormwater Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 7:00 PM in Legion Hall, 75 Hollis Street, to consider the application submitted by Lawrence Academy for approval of a Limited Stormwater Management for construction as shown on the plan entitled, “Lawrence Academy, Community Commons Addition and Gray Building Renovation,” prepared by Flansburgh, dated September 17, 2024. The proposed construction is located on Assessors Map 116, Parcel 10, 26 Powderhouse Road.

Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Land Use Department in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.  Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least ten days prior to the hearing.
