In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 6:50 p.m. The meeting can be attended at https://us02web. zoom.us/s/82722165584 by calling (312)-626-6799 (Webinar ID 827 2216 5584). The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Paul Fitzgerald for the removal & management of invasive/nuisance vegetation at 272 Lowell Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 234-75).

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 7:00 PM to consider the applications submitted by Maple Realty Trust (Robert P. Kiley, Trustee) for approval of a Definitive Plan and a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-9.1 Flexible Development. Public Hearing
The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District School Committee will conduct a Public Hearing on the Preliminary FY 2022 Budget via Zoom meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. After the presentation, the public will have an opportunity to comment. Copies of the preliminary budget will be available for review on the district website, Groton Town Hall, Dunstable Town Hall and the respective public libraries by Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 198 of the Code of Groton, the Earth Removal Stormwater Advisory Committee will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 7:00 PM to consider the application for a Full Stormwater Management Permit submitted by Maple Realty Trust, Robert Kiley, Trustee;, LLC, to construct the proposed subdivision as shown on the plan entitled, “Definitive Subdivision Plan,” prepared by Dillis and Roy Civil Design Group, dated February 10, 2021. The proposed subdivision is located on land on by the Hayes Family Real Estate Trust, George Hayes, Trustee; Assessors’ Map 104, Parcel 30, and Map212, Parcel 13, on the easterly side of Pepperell Road, the northerly side of Hill Road, and westerly side of Maple Avenue.
