In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting can be attended at https://us02web. zoom.us/s/86127929089 by calling (312)-626-6799 (Webinar ID 861 2792 9089). The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by the West Groton Water Supply District for the installation of groundwater monitoring wells at 309 Townsend Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 206-10).

     Copies of the RDA are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@townofgroton. org or calling 978-448-1106.

LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 164 S56D, and Chapter 30 S39M, it is the intention of the Groton Electric Light Commissioners on behalf of the Groton Electric Light Department (“GELD”) to procure the following:

An Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Solution Specification documents may be obtained at the Groton Electric Light Department administrative office, located at 23 Station Avenue, Groton, MA

01450 by calling 978-448-1150.

     There will be a Zoom conference on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 10:00 AM ET to answer any questions. All responding vendors are encouraged to participate. Zoom conference instructions will be provided to all vendors who have emailed their intent to respond to Kevin Kelly at KPKelly@ grotonelectric.org.

     Proposals, both technical and cost, must be delivered via email and three (3) hard copies, both of which must be received by 1:00 PM ET on Thursday, February 25, 2021 (reference Section 2.10). Hard copy proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for An Advanced Metering Infrastructure Solution”. The cost proposal must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope. Responses must be delivered to the Groton Electric Light Department, 23 Station Avenue, Groton, Massachusetts, 01450.

     The Town of Groton Electric Light Commissioners may reject any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.

The Groton Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 7:15 P.M. virtually, via Zoom (link to meeting can be found on the final posted agenda located at www.grotonma.gov, at least 48 hours before the meeting), to discuss and consider a new all alcohol off premise package store liquor license application submitted by Kent Ventures, LLC, dba Liquor Republic, with Kent Leung named as Manager, for the premise located at 9 West Main Street, West Groton, MA.

     All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

The Groton Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 7:00 PM virtually through Zoom to receive public comments on newly submitted Community Preservation Act proposals. The CPC is seeking input from the public before making its decision on which of the proposals (if any) to recommend to Town

Meeting for funding. A positive recommendation by the CPC will send a proposal to the 2021 Annual Spring Town Meeting where voters will decide whether or not to fund the project from the Town’s Community Preservation Fund.

     Copies of the complete draft proposals are available by email request to CommunityPreservation@ grotonma.gov.
