SIGN COMMITTEE

   In accordance with the provision of Chapter 196 Signs of the Code of Groton, the Sign Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. in the Second Floor Meeting Room of the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an application submitted by Top Secret, Inc. to utilize the provisions of Section 196-8 Unique and Special Circumstances to install a sign on the property located at 94 Lovers Lane (on the corner of Lovers Lane and Boston Road), Assessors Map 115, Parcel 34. 

   Copies of the application are on file in the Town Manager’s Office. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

   In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a virtual Public Hearing via Zoom on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 7:40 pm. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by Pinnacle Construction Co., seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 86 Main Street, Assessors Map 116-12, to replace 34 existing windows.  Copies of the application and supporting materials are available for review by contacting the GHDC via the Land Use Dept, 2^nd floor of the Town Hall.

Groton Conservation Commission

Public Meeting

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. The meeting will be held on Zoom to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by the Nashua-Squannacook-Nissitissit Wild & Scenic River Council for treatment of invasive vegetation at the Williams Barn/Sorhaug Woods Conservation Area (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 225-61) as part of a training workshop.
