Site Plan Review
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by CJS workshop LLC for Site Plan Review and a Special Permit in the Town Center Overlay District. The proposal is to utilize the existing premises at 25 Station Avenue (former GELD Garages, Assessors’ Parcel 113-56) for logistic turnaround and active storage to support CJS workshop’s expanding business.

Copies of the application and plans are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
