has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate to serve without surety on the bond.
The estate is being administered under informal procedure by the Personal Representative under the Massachusetts Uni- form Probate Code without supervision by the Court. Inventory and accounts are not required to be filed with the Court, but interested parties are entitled to notice regarding the administration from the Personal Representative and can petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of administration. to Destroy Temporary Records of Members of Class of 2013
GDRHS hereby notifies all members of the Class of 2013 that, at the direction of the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education under Chapter 71 of the General Laws, their temporary records will be destroyed after August 2021. The student’s per- manent record (including grades, credit earned and transcripts) will be retained by the school. Members of the Class should have received their file at the time of graduation. Members whose files are still at the high school, have a right to obtain their temporary records in whole or in part before the date of destruction. If you would like your records call 978-448-6362 ext. 1003 to arrange a time to pick up from Guidance. No records will be mailed.

Special Permit – Section 218- 8.1F Shared Driveways
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thurs- day, July 8, 2021, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the application submitted by Richard Lewis, 330 Old Dunstable Road, for a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-8.1F Shared Driveways. The applicant proposes to construct a shared driveway access for three house lots located east of Old Dunstable Road and north of Bridge Street as shown on the plan entitled, “Shared Driveway Plan, Old Dunstable Road, Groton, Massachusetts” prepared by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, dated May 3, 2021.
     Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of dis- ability.
