Metals, U/G Waterproofi ng/Damp-proofing/ Caulking, Above-Grade Waterproofing/ Damp-proofing/ Caulking, Roofing, Windows/ Storefronts/ Curtainwall; Glass & Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Terrazzo Flooring, Painting, Elevators, Fire Suppression, U/G Plumbing, Above-Grade Plumbing, HVAC, U/G Electrical and Above-Grade Electrical (“classes of work”) for the site enabling, construction and related sitework of a new Elementary School to be located at 342 Main Street, Groton MA, 01450 (“Project”).
     Interested Trade contractors are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) to the Town of Groton. This Trade Contractor procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149A. The SBC has established a pre-qualification sub-committee which will evaluate submitted [SOQ's.]
