Petitioner David Gallipeau of Hennicker, NH

A Will has been admitted to informal probate.

   David Gallipeau of Hennicker, NH has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate to serve without surety on the bond.

   The estate is being administered under informal probate by the Personal Representative under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code without supervision by the Court. Inventory and accounts are not required to be filed with the Court, but interested parties are entitled to notice regarding the administration from the Personal Representative and can petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of administration. Interested parties are entitled to petition the Court to institute formal proceedings and to obtain orders terminating or restricting the powers of Personal Representatives appointed under informal procedure. A copy of the Petition and Will, if any, can be obtained from the Petitioner.

Conservation Commission

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. in the Groton Town Hall, 2^nd floor meeting room to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Olin Lathrop for the construction of a home addition at 55 Sunset Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 253-22). 

   Copies of the RDA are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@grotonma.gov or calling 978-448-1106.

   The Town Manager of the Town of Groton, Massachusetts is accepting bids from qualified bidders for the installation of Paving for the construction of new Multi-Use Courts at the Groton Country Club located on Whitman Road, Groton, MA. Requests for the BID package can be made by emailing townmanager@grotonma.gov. Sealed Bids must be received by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022 in the Office of the Town Manager, Attn: Mark W. Haddad, Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450.

   The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, and to reject any and all bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the town.

Planning Board Public Hearing Notice

Section 218-2.5 Site Plan Review – Dental Office

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Omni Properties, LLC under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-2.5, Major Site Plan Review.  The application is for a dental office to be located at 489 Main Street, Unit B (Mill Run Plaza).  The proposed dental office will occupy 4,361 square feet of space and will require changes to the exterior of the building, as shown on the site plan and architectural drawings provided with the application.  The project site is located at 489 Main Street, Unit B (Assessors’ Parcel 216-1.5).
