   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by John Adams for the pruning and removal of hazardous trees at 284 Whiley Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 131-66).    The Select Board has scheduled a public hearing with the Board of Assessors, within a regular Select Board meeting, on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 7:15 p.m. at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd Floor Meeting Room.
