Deborah A. Cole of Groton, MA has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate to serve without surety on the bond.

The estate is being administered under informal procedures by the Personal Representative under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code without supervision by the Court. Inventory and accounts are not required to be filed with the Court, but interested parties are entitled to notice regarding the administration from the Personal Representative and can petition the Court in any matter related to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of administration. To the named Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by

Heather Plotkin of Groton, MA

in the above captioned matter alleging that Tyler William Plotkin is in need of a Guardian and requesting that 

Heather J. Plotkin of Groton, MA (or some other suitable person) be appointed as Guardian to serve Without Surety on the bond.

   In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 13^th, 2022, at 7:30 pm at The Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by owner, Groton School, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for Farmers Row, Assessors Map 219-9 to repurpose the two soccer fields into one soccer field surrounded by a running track. Copies of the application and supporting materials are available for review by contacting the GHDC via the Land Use Dept, 2^nd floor of the Town Hall.
