   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd floor meeting room to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Olin Lathrop for the construction of a home addition at 55 Sunset Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 253-22). 

   Copies of the RDA are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@grotonma.gov or calling 978-448-1106.

Section 218-2.5 Site Plan Review – Dental Office

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Omni Properties, LLC under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-2.5, Major Site Plan Review.  The application is for a dental office to be located at 489 Main Street, Unit B (Mill Run Plaza).  The proposed dental office will occupy 4,361 square feet of space and will require changes to the exterior of the building, as shown on the site plan and architectural drawings provided with the application.  The project site is located at 489 Main Street, Unit B (Assessors’ Parcel 216-1.5).
