The Groton Town Manager and the Town’s Engineering Consultant, in conjunction with the Water Superintendent and Select Board will conduct two public sessions (one in the morning and one in the evening to accommodate the public’s availability) to present information about the PFAS Issue at the Groton Dunstable Regional High School and discuss the proposed Warrant Article relative to this issue that is contained in the 2023 Fall Town Meeting Warrant. The public sessions will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 9:30 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. at the Groton Center, 163 West Main Street, Groton, MA 01450.

   In accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 198, the Earth Removal Stormwater Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 6:30 PM in the Town Hall, 173 Main Street, to consider the application submitted by Nashoba Homes Development, LLC, for approval of a Full Stormwater Management Permit for residential construction on Lots 1 & 2  as shown on the plan entitled, “Site Plan (Lot 1 & 2), Nashua Road, Groton MA, ” prepared by Dillis & Roy, dated August 30, 2023. The proposed lots are located on Assessors Map 227, Parcel 117.1, on the easterly side of Nashua Road.

The application is for a beauty salon/spa to be located in the existing main building at 142 Main Street (Assessors’ Parcel 113-7). No changes are proposed to the exterior of the building.
