    In accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 198, the Earth Removal Stormwater Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 6:30 PM in the Town Hall, 173 Main Street, to consider the application submitted by Routhier & Roper Gratuity Road, LLC, for approval of a Full Stormwater Management to construct a 28-unit development (14 duplexes) for people 55 years old and older.  The proposed construction is located on Assessors Map 216, Parcel 47, 63 Gratuity Road.

   Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Land Use Department in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.  Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least ten days prior to the hearing.

This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by Daniel Moore, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 108 Pleasant Street, Assessors Map 109-43 to replace the 5 windows on the south side of the barn with 2 garage doors, with the color to match the current green shutters. Copies of the application and supporting materials are available for review by contacting the GHDC via the Land Use Dept, 2^nd floor of the Town Hall.

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Routhier & Roper Gratuity Road LLC, for approval of a Definitive Subdivision Plan and Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-9.2 Major Residential Development.  The proposed project will create a 28-unit Major Residential Development for people 55 years of age and older, as shown on the Definitive Plan entitled, “Gratuity Brook Farm Estates, Definitive Subdivision, 63 Gratuity Road, Groton, MA” prepared by LandTech Consultants, dated August 12, 2024.  The proposed location is 63 Gratuity Road (Assessors Parcel 216-47).
