be appointed as Personal Representatives of said estate to serve Without Surety on the bond in unsupervised administration.

UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS UNIFORM PROBATE CODE (MUPC)

A Personal Representative appointed under the MUPC in an unsupervised administration is not required to file an inventory or annual accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 7:30 pm at The Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by Rhonda and Bob Mullins, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 9-11 Elm Street, Assessors Map 112-32 to perform renovations on the outside of the house, including but not limited to, installing a new roof, windows, front light fixture, adding a paved driveway, adding dentil above the first-floor windows, removing storm doors and painting the exterior. Copies of the application and supporting materials are available for review by contacting the GHDC via the Land Use Dept, 2^nd floor of the Town Hall.

The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District School Committee will conduct a Public Hearing on the Preliminary FY 2025 Budget at the Middle School South Performing Arts Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. After the presentation, the public will have an opportunity to comment. Copies of the preliminary budget will be available for review on the district website by Monday, January 29, 2024.

The Groton Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 29, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the 1st floor meeting room of Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, to receive public comments on new Community Preservation Act proposals.  The CPC is seeking input from the public before making its decision on which of the proposals (if any) to recommend to Town Meeting for funding.  Recommendation by the CPC will be made to the 2024 Annual Spring Town Meeting where voters will decide whether or not to fund the project from the Town’s Community Preservation Fund.  Copies of the complete draft proposals are available at the Land Use counter located on the 2^nd floor of Town Hall.
