Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting can be attended at https://us02web. zoom.us/j/87583417764 by calling (312)-626-6799 (Webinar ID 875 8341 7764). The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by John Kilgo for the removal of seven trees at 49 Valley Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 128-08).
     Copies of the RDA are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@townofgroton. org or calling 978-448-1106.

TOWN OF GROTON PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Select Board Policy BOA–2019-6, the Town of Groton Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 7:15 P.M
on Zoom (link to meeting can be found on the final posted agenda located at www.grotonma.gov, at least 48 hours before the meeting). The purpose of the Hearing will be to discuss a revision, reduction, waiver, or deferral of liquor license fees for calendar year 2021.
