In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 7:00 PM to consider the applications submitted by Groton Lowell Road LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review for six (6) residential apartment units to be located in the existing building at 11 Lowell Road, a.k.a. Waters House (Assessors’ Parcel 113-11).  The subject property is located in the Town Center Overlay District.

   In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023, at 7:30 pm at The Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by the owner, Groton School, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 357 Farmers Row, Assessors Map 219-2 to add solar components in the field next to 357 Farmers Row. The proposed project is on Assessor’s Parcel 248-42, Cow Pond Brook Road, Groton, MA, 01450. This development shall be known as Heritage Landing. In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Groton, the Board of Health held a public hearing on Monday, May 1, 2023, continued on May 15, 2023, in the Town Hall to consider revisions to the following Chapters of Division 3, Board of Health Regulations.

   At its regular meeting on May 15, 2023, the Board voted unanimously, with all members present, to amend the following regulations:

• Chapter 286 Hazardous Materials

• Chapter 307 Solid Waste

• Chapter 315 Subsurface Sewage Disposal Regulations

• Chapter 322 Tobacco

• Chapter 330 Wells
