In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Routhier & Roper Gratuity Road LLC, for approval of a Definitive Subdivision Plan and Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-9.2 Major Residential Development. The proposed project will create a 28-unit Major Residential Development for people 55 years of age and older, as shown on the Definitive Plan entitled, “Gratuity Brook Farm Estates, Definitive Subdivision, 63 Gratuity Road, Groton, MA” prepared by LandTech Consultants, dated August 12, 2024. The proposed location is 63 Gratuity Road (Assessors Parcel 216-47).
