   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Town of Groton for the installation of a security system at Sargisson Beach.

   The subject property is off Whiley Rd (Parcel 132-21).
