Groton Conservation Commission Public Meeting

  In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, February 27th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Lorena and Matthew Novak (applicants and owners) to rebuild a single-family home within the buffer zone. 

The subject property is located at 46 Schoolhouse Rd. (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 233-74).
