Public Meeting

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 6:50 p.m. to consider a Notice of Intent filed by High Oaks Realty Trust for the extension of an existing water main along the Pepperell Road right of way associated with the development of Groton Assessor’s Parcel 104-30.  The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room with the option to connect virtually via Zoom - please see https://www.grotonma.gov/events/ or call/email the office of the Conservation Commission at 978-448-1106 or conservation@grotonma.gov for details regarding this hearing.
