Groton Conservation Commission Public Hearing

    In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Raymond Roy for the replacement of existing decks within the buffer zone. 

The subject property is 38 Ridgewood Ave (Parcel 122-72).
