Groton Conservation Commission Public Hearing

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Alan Ackerman for the replacement of an existing retaining wall. 

The subject property is 71 Shenandoah Rd (Parcel 131-33).
