Groton Conservation Commission Public Hearing

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a retroactive Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Groton Country Club for removal of a beaver dam. 

   The subject property is 94 Lovers Ln (Parcel 115-34).
