In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Ken Horton for the invasive removal and native restoration land management at 148 Martins Pond Rd (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 224-24.4).
