GROTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
LEGAL NOTICE
   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. The meeting will be held on Zoom to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by James Seidewand for upgrade of a sewage disposal system, construction of a home addition, and modification to an existing driveway at 50 Valliria Drive (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 249-31).    Copies of the NOI are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@grotonma.gov or calling 978-448-1106.
