Conservation Commission Legal Notice
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held on Zoom to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Nate Kauffman for the removal of one tree and installation of a foundation pier as part of a home addition at 102 Nod Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 216-76).
