Conservation Commission Legal Notice
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 6:55 p.m. The meeting will be held on Zoom to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Geraldine Horrigan for the conversion of an existing deck into a screened porch and construction of a patio at 7 Roxanne Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 249-34).
