Groton Conservation Commission Public Hearing
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. The hearing will be held on Zoom to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Platt Builders, Inc. for the construction of a new commercial building at Lot 3, 32 Court Street (Groton Assessor’s Parcels 113-76).
