Note: Due to COVID-19 precautions, it is preferred that bid documents be distributed electronically. Bid documents can be requested via email at Arrangements can be made for IFB package pickup if necessary.
All bids must be received no later than 11:00AM, Friday, May 28, 2021 at the Groton- Dunstable Regional School District, Office of the Director of Finance and Operations, Attn: Sherry Kersey, 344 Main Street, Groton, Massachusetts 01450.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: “Groton-Dunstable Regional School District Trash Removal & Recycling Services Bid”
At 11:00AM, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District, the awarding authority, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informality, investigate the ability of vendors to honor a bid, and select a bid and award a contract considered to be in the best interest of the Groton-Dunstable School District.
