DUNSTABLE PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

   The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 6:35pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, regarding the application by T-Mobile Northeast LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review under Section 21 of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw (Commercial Telecommunication Towers) for installation of telecommunications equipment including panel antennas and radio units at the top of the existing water tank (WT), and ground equipment at the base of the WT.  This wireless facility is necessary to address the Applicant’s gap in wireless service coverage and capacity. The property is owned by the Town of Dunstable, MA and located at 100 Simmons St, off Pleasant St, Assessors Map 17, Block 53, Lot 2.  

   Plans on record in the Office of the Planning Board and the Town Clerk.
