Dunstable Planning Board PUBLIC HEARING
The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 2 at 6:35pm in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level regarding the application submitted by New England Clean Energy for approval of a Site Plan under Section 14 Site Plans and Sections 6.8.1 and 25 Solar Energy Systems of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw. The applicant wishes to install a 19.2 kWdc (48 panel) ground mounted solar array at 116 Thorndike St, Dunstable, MA, parcel 16-40-1, which is located in the R-1 Residential zone. Owner of the property is James Russell, 116 Thorndike St, Dunstable, MA 01827.
