Dunstable Planning Board PUBLIC HEARING

 

   In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5 and 11, the Dunstable Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 6:35PM in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level to consider proposed amendments to the Dunstable Zoning Bylaw, Section 15.2 Floodplain District.  The purpose of the proposed zoning amendments is to update the floodplain regulations to comply with the requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). 

   The meeting will be held in person, at 511 Main St., Dunstable, MA.  Persons unable to attend may submit comments in writing to the Dunstable Planning Board no later than one (1) week prior to the hearing.

   Copies of the proposed zoning amendments are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall or by visiting the Town website: https://www.dunstable-ma.gov/ under Planning Board.
