Dunstable Planning Board PUBLIC HEARING

The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 20th at 6:35pm in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level regarding the application submitted by Joseph Dean for approval of a Site Plan under Section 14 Site Plans and Sections 6.8.1 and 25 Solar Energy Systems of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw. The applicant wishes to install a 16.6 kW DC (40 panel) ground mounted tracker solar array at 165 Pleasant St, Dunstable, MA, parcel 12-43-1, which is located in the R-1 Residential zone. Owner of the property is Joseph & Roberta Dean, 165 Pleasant St, Dunstable, MA 01827.
