DUNSTABLE PLANNING BOARD

PUBLIC HEARING

The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 4 at 6:35pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, regarding the application by Amanda Shannon and Guillaume Avrillon for a Special Permit under Section 22.C.8 Town Center District Requirement of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw. The applicants request to convert the existing barn attached to the single-family dwelling into an 885 square feet retail space for the sale of wine, fine spirits, craft beers, cigars, and assorted gifts. The property is located at 11 Pleasant St, Dunstable, MA parcel 17-78; which is located in the R-1 Residential zone/Town Center Overlay District.  Owners of the property are Amanda Shannon and Guillaume Avrillon, of 11 Pleasant St, Dunstable, MA 01827.
