Dunstable Planning Board PUBLIC HEARING
The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 2 at 6:40 pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, regarding the application by Katherine Diamond for approval of a Site Plan under Section 14 Site Plans and Sections 6.8.1 and 25 Solar Energy Systems of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw. The applicant wishes to install a 12.18 kWdc (28 panel) ground mounted solar array at 87 Pleasant Street, Dunstable, MA, parcel 17-65-0, which is located in the R-1 Residential zone/Town Center Overlay District. Owner of the property is Jeffrey Kesler, 87 Pleasant Street, Dunstable, MA 01827.
