Scenic Road Stone Wall Alteration, Old Dunstable Road

Public Hearing Notice Scenic Roads Permit 
– 330 Old Dunstable Road
In accordance with the provisions of Sections 184-3 and 381- 48 of the Code of the Town of Groton, the Planning Board and Tree Warden will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the application submitted by Richard Lewis to alter 20 feet of stone wall within the right-of-way located at 330 Old Dunstable Road (Assessors Map 248; Parcel 6). The applicant proposes to create a new driveway and will relocate the displaced stones to close off an existing barway in the wall.
     Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. State DOT Environmental Review of Dunstable Main Street (Rt. 113) Improvements

PUBLIC NOTICE OF
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
PROJECT: Dunstable - Improvements on Main Street (Route 113), from Pleasant Street to 750 FT east of Westford Street.
LOCATION: Town of Dunstable, MA
PROPONENT: MassDOT - Highway Division in conjunction with the Town of Dunstable.
     The undersigned is submitting an Environmental Notification Form (“ENF”) to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before May 17, 2021.
     This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (“MEPA”, M.G.L. c. 30, s.s. 61-62I). Copies of the ENF may be obtained from:

Dunstable ConCom Hearing on Hwy Dept. Roadway Infrastructure Work, Main St.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 24, 2021 by Zoom, 6:45pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Dunstable- Highway Dept. for activities associated with transportation and roadway infrastructure improvements on Main Street (Route 113). The applicant proposes improvements from the vicinity of the Main St/ Pleasant St intersection to the westerly limits of a previous Mass Highway Dept. (MassDOT) project completed in 2013, a total distance of approximately 2,000 linear feet (0.38 miles). Improvements include roadway widening and pavement structure; roadway intersection and access; sidewalk construction and bicycle accommodation and accessibility; roadway retaining wall, culvert and stormwater system; water system improvements, granite curb and hot mix asphalt berm; highway guardrail, signage and pavement parking installations; landscaping, and other incidental work. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
