PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30pm on Monday, May 24, 2021, by Zoom, to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) filed by Scott Bonefant for property owned by Ross Deachman and located at 160 Westford Street, Map: 18-2-0, to confirm wetland boundaries delineated on the property and shown on accompanying plans. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended). Plans are available on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall. Please call to review. The Zoom information will be posted on the Conservation Commission agenda that will be posted on the Town Website on May 19.

COMMUNITY PRESERVATION
The Dunstable Community Preservation Committee has scheduled its annual public informational hearing for Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 6:45 pm, to be held virtually, at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street on the needs, possibilities and resources of the town regarding community preservation possibilities and resources. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and State of Emergency in Massachusetts, this hearing will be conducted by remote participation. Instructions on how to participate will be posted on the Town of Dunstable’s website (www.dunstable-ma.gov) no less than 48 hours prior to the hearing.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, possibly virtually through Zoom, on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 7:40 p.m. This hearing will be regarding proposed amendments to the “Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Dunstable” and the “Zoning Maps of Dunstable, Mass.” pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section 5, of the Massachusetts General Laws, and are as follows:
1) Amending the Zoning Bylaws by making various house- keeping amendments concerning “Section 6.7 Uses Permitted by Special Permit” and “Section 20 Definitions” of the Zoning Bylaw.
2) Adding a new Town Center District as an overlay zoning district, by adding a new Section 22, modifying certain provisions of Section 3.2 and Section 6, and amending the Zoning Map of Dunstable, Mass. by designating the new Town Center District.
3) Amending Section 11.8 Growth Rate Limitation lapse date in subsection 11.8.1 from Monday, May 10, 2021 to Monday, May 12, 2031.
4) Amending Section 29. Community Housing, modifying certain provisions of Sections 29.3 Applicability, 29.4 Requirements, 29.5 Administration and 29.6 Smaller Developments
5) Amending the Zoning Map for the B-2 Service Business District by replacing the existing map with a clearer one.
6) Amending the Zoning Map for Section 32. Solar Overlay District by replacing the existing map with a clearer one.
     Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place specified above. Information on how to attend the hearing will be published on the Planning Board agenda (on the Town website: www.dunstable-ma.gov) the Wednesday before the meeting. Complete text and map of the proposed amendments may be viewed at the Dunstable Town Hall, Office of the Board of Selectmen, 511 Main Street, Dunstable. PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 7:30pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, pursuant to M.G.L.c.40, Sec. 15C, the Scenic Road Law, for the purpose of opening a stone wall for an entrance into a proposed single-family home. Work to be completed at Lot 1A Mill Street, a scenic road, Map 11 Block/Lot 46-1. Applicant is: Tully Homes LLC-Ken Tully. Information to log onto Zoom to “attend the public hearing” will be published on the Planning Board agenda (www.dunstable- ma.gov) five days before the March 1 meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING
TAX CLASSIFICATION
The Dunstable Board of Selectmen will hold a virtual Public Hearing, within a regular Board meeting, to be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 6:00 pm for the purposes of determining the percentages of the local tax levy to be borne by each class of property for the Fiscal Year 2021. This hearing will be held virtually over Zoom with login credentials to be published with the meeting agenda no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting. This hearing is in compliance with M.G.L. Chapter 40, Section 56. Members of the public may present verbal or written comments prior to or at the hearing.
