Dunstable Conservation Commission
PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 6:30pm at the Town Hall lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to install water mains within the public right-of-way in Dunstable along Groton & Kemp Streets to expand the water system service areas to include additional PFAS-impacted properties. Request submitted by Mark Haddad-Groton Water Dept. and representative Tyler Schmidt of Apex Co., LLC. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw.
