Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting can be attended at: https://us02web. zoom.us/s/87450882272 or by calling (312)-626-6799 (Webinar ID 874 5088 2272). The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Nicole Pelletier for the removal and re-planting of trees at 486 Old Dunstable (Groton Assessors Map: 247; Parcel 57). Copies of the RDA are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@townofgroton.org or calling 978-448-1106.
