Public Hearing Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 6:45 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Scott Buonopane for the construction of a patio and renovation of an existing cabin at 10 Rustic Trail (Assessor’s Parcel 123 - 17). The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
