ConCom Hearing on Parking and Drainage Improvements, Hollis Street

CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 6:40 p.m. in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd floor meeting room to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Stony Brook Capital, LLC. for improvements to the parking area and drainage system at 8-10 Hollis Street (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 112-136 & 137).
Copies of the NOI are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@townofgroton.org or calling 978-448-1106.
