LICENSE RENEWAL PROCEEDING

   The Town of Dunstable’s Board of Selectmen, as cable television licensing authority under Mass. General Laws 166A, S1, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA as part of the Town’s Verizon cable television license renewal process. The federal Cable Act, 47 USC 546 and Massachusetts license renewal regulation 207 CMR 3.05 require a public proceeding on the license renewal proposal of Verizon and such hearing shall allow further ascertainment of the community’s cable-related needs and interests. Public comment is invited regarding the Verizon license renewal proposal and the Town’s cable needs and final action may be taken on the proposed renewal license.
