Board of Health Regulations Amended on May 15, 2023

In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Groton, the Board of Health held a public hearing on Monday, May 1, 2023, continued on May 15, 2023, in the Town Hall to consider revisions to the following Chapters of Division 3, Board of Health Regulations.

   At its regular meeting on May 15, 2023, the Board voted unanimously, with all members present, to amend the following regulations:

• Chapter 286 Hazardous Materials

• Chapter 307 Solid Waste

• Chapter 315 Subsurface Sewage Disposal Regulations

• Chapter 322 Tobacco

• Chapter 330 Wells

   Copies of the amended regulations are on file in the Town Clerk’s office and the Board of Health office at the Town Hall.
