Audrey Bryce

Longtime Groton resident, Audrey Bryce, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022. She built her dream home on Longley Road in 1978, and has been a Grotonian ever since. She was well-known in the community as a realtor, and was active in the Groton Women’s Club, Fort Devens Army Museum, American Legion Women’s Auxiliary, and Historical Society. At 93 years, she was in the top ten of the oldest town residents, and had long ago emptied her bucket list.
     Chuck, her husband of 55 years, preceded her. She is deeply missed by her four children, 11 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. Visiting hours will be held in the McGaffigan Funeral Home, 37 Main St., (Rte. 113) Pepperell, MA on Friday, April 8th from 4 to 7 p.m.
     Her funeral service will be held at the Union Congregational Church, 218 Main Street, Groton, MA, on Saturday, April 9th at 3 p.m. Burial Groton Cemetery. Following, the Celebration of Audrey's Life will continue at the Groton Inn, 128 Main Street, Groton, MA from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Audrey’s favorite charity, Feed the Children (www.feedthechildren.org).
