The Herb Lyceum Open Again

Chef Will Gilson and the team at The Herb Lyceum at Gilson’s are excited to welcome guests back to the farm for chef-driven, seasonal dinners at The Lyceum on select Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout November.      Taking place at the idyllic Gilson family-run farm and event space in Groton, MA, the five-course dinners will highlight the farm's fresh fall bounty in true farm-to-table style.

Save the Date for Greens Sale

Groton Woman’s Club will hold their Fifteenth Annual Greens Sale, Saturday, December 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (with a snow date - Sunday, December 5). The location is Williams Barn, 160 Chicopee Row, Groton.
     Traditional Holiday Wreaths; Boxwood Trees; Centerpieces; Swags and Kissing Balls will be available along with a beautiful Quilt Raffle, Ornaments and fabulous Holiday Cookies.

My passion for art started after I became a mother, and photography was my gateway into the world of art. My immediate goal was to take good pictures of my children, the oldest of whom is now 50. My husband Val had been interested in photography for several years and I went with him to the meetings of the Boston Camera Club. I was way over my head, but fascinated by the possibilities of the art.
